What will you learn?
The Essentials of BIM, incorporating ISO 19650
course starts with the components of the Basics of BIM Course. It then
introduces the information management processes outlined in the ISO 19650
series of standards. The course then develops the key functions, requirements,
and responses, as well as the lifecycle approach and other core concepts, such
as the Common Data Environment or CDE, COBie, nomenclature, as well as other
standards, methods, and procedures. The course covers practical requirements
for implementing Information Management, as well as clarifying the basic
components needed to make it work.
What do you need to prepare?

No previous experience or training regarding BIM
is required.

2 days of training, including the Basics of BIM course, either delivered virtually or in the classroom.

· Multiple-choice examination with Pass required for acceptance on the Principles of BIM training course.
